Introducing the QDPP Integrated Sewage Treatment Equipment, an innovation crafted using advanced high-molecular materials. Shaped into a cohesive tank via cutting-edge molding techniques, this equipment reflects the brilliance of the Zhong Qiao Enlightenment R&D team. By refining and enhancing Western technology, they have designed a series of tanks to specifically address the rural sewage conditions and discharge standards of China. Their creations include the versatile Zhong Qiao Tank Horizontal Tank A/B, the efficient Zhong Qiao Tank Vertical Tank A/B, and the adaptable Zhong Qiao Tank Hollow Tank.
II. Raw Materials
The selection of high-modulus polypropylene as the primary raw material elevates this product's suitability for subterranean drainage, sewage, and wastewater treatment applications. With an impressive elastic modulus of ≥1500 MPa, it surpasses HDPE, which has only 800 MPa. This significant property is pivotal in enhancing the product's ring stiffness, ensuring superior durability and performance.
Polypropylene stands out as a non-toxic, odorless polymer with a strikingly high crystallinity. With a density ranging from 0.90-0.91 g/cm³, it is among the lightest plastics available. Its water stability is remarkable, with minimal absorption of only 0.01%. The polymer's molecular weight, spanning 80,000 to 150,000, coupled with its excellent molding capabilities and lustrous surface, make it exceptional.
Celebrated for its outstanding chemical stability, polypropylene resists a variety of chemical reagents. While it can be affected by concentrated sulfuric and nitric acids, its resilience to low molecular weight aliphatic, aromatic, and chlorinated hydrocarbons is notable. The polymer's stability increases with crystallinity, making it a preferred choice for crafting diverse chemical equipment and components with robust corrosion resistance.
With its non-toxic and odorless nature, polypropylene also boasts low density, high strength, stiffness, hardness, and heat resistance, surpassing low-density polyethylene. It performs reliably at temperatures around 100°C and features excellent dielectric properties and high-frequency insulation, unaffected by humidity.
Polypropylene is highly resistant to common acids, bases, and organic solvents, making it ideal for food-related applications.
PPH, a high molecular weight homopolypropylene with low melt flow rate, undergoes β-modification to achieve a refined crystalline structure. This modification imparts remarkable chemical and high-temperature resistance, superior creep resistance, and exceptional impact resistance even at low temperatures.
II. Characteristics
1. Safety
The tank is manufactured using a spiral extrusion winding-one-time forming technology. The tank is formed directly from granular raw materials through molds, achieving a seamless, one-piece structure.
2. Durability |
The raw materials include UV-resistant and anti-aging additives, addressing the issue of short outdoor service life for plastic equipment and significantly extending its lifespan.
3. Economic Efficiency |
The tank can have a thickness of over 80 mm, with a tapered cross-section. The thickness can be increased in areas with greater stress at the lower part of the tank, optimizing the use of materials where needed.
4. Corrosion Resistance
It exhibits excellent resistance to various acids and bases and can store most organic and inorganic acids, bases, salts, and some organic solvents (see the corrosion data sheet for details).

V. Production Process
The QDPP Integrated Sewage Treatment Equipment is crafted through a sophisticated one-time forming and multi-layer winding process. With wall thickness ranging from 10-80 mm, the process begins with a foundational winding layer, carefully cooled and crystallized to release internal stresses. Subsequent layers are applied following reheating, with the number of winds and total thickness tailored to tank specifications and requirements.
VI. Welding Process
Our cutting-edge external welding process leverages state-of-the-art imported automatic extrusion welding machines. This technology allows us to create substantial welds precisely in the maximum stress areas of the tank, achieving this robust union seamlessly in a single operation. By using new PPH pellets, which share the same nature as the tank's material, these are thermally fused at the weld seams. This method ensures they form a strong and cohesive bond with both the tank bottom and its body, delivering unparalleled durability.
