Molded into a seamless, single-piece tank, our R&D team has transcended barriers by integrating and enhancing renowned Western technologies. This visionary series is tailored to meet rural China's unique sewage conditions and discharge standards, with versatile models including Zhong Qiao Tank Horizontal Tank A/B, Vertical Tank A/B, and Hollow Tank.



II. Raw Materials

Harnessing the strength of high-modulus polypropylene, the QDPP equipment is designed for optimal performance in buried drainage and wastewater treatment applications. This material boasts an elastic modulus of ≥1500 MPa, overshadowing HDPE's 800 MPa, and significantly enhancing the product's ring stiffness, a testament to its superior structural integrity.
Our polypropylene is a non-toxic, odorless, and tasteless polymer, renowned for its lightweight nature and superior crystalline structure. With a low density of just 0.90-0.91 g/cm³, it stands out as one of the most lightweight plastics. Its exceptional stability in water, with a mere absorption rate of 0.01%, combined with a molecular weight between 80,000 to 150,000, ensures excellent molding capabilities and a lustrous finish.

Polypropylene's remarkable chemical stability makes it resilient against a wide array of chemical agents. While it withstands many, it is susceptible to erosion by concentrated sulfuric and nitric acids. It may soften when exposed to certain hydrocarbons, but its enhanced crystallinity ensures improved chemical stability, making it an ideal choice for corrosion-resistant chemical equipment and components.
This non-toxic, odorless polymer is celebrated for its low density and outstanding mechanical properties. It excels in strength, rigidity, hardness, and thermal resistance compared to low-density polyethylene, maintaining functionality at temperatures around 100°C. Its impressive dielectric properties and high-frequency insulation remain unaffected by humidity, positioning it as a versatile choice for numerous applications.
Its resilience against common acids, bases, and organic solvents makes polypropylene an excellent material for food utensils and other applications requiring robust chemical resistance.
PPH, a high molecular weight homopolypropylene, features a low melt flow rate and refined crystalline structure through β-modification. Its superior chemical resistance, high-temperature endurance, impressive creep resistance, and exceptional low-temperature impact resistance make it indispensable for demanding industrial applications.

II. Characteristics



1. Safety
 
The tank is manufactured using a spiral extrusion winding-one-time forming technology. The tank is formed directly from granular raw materials through molds, achieving a seamless, one-piece structure.

2. Durability
The raw materials include UV-resistant and anti-aging additives, addressing the issue of short outdoor service life for plastic equipment and significantly extending its lifespan.

3. Economic Efficiency
The tank can have a thickness of over 80 mm, with a tapered cross-section. The thickness can be increased in areas with greater stress at the lower part of the tank, optimizing the use of materials where needed.

4. Corrosion Resistance


It exhibits excellent resistance to various acids and bases and can store most organic and inorganic acids, bases, salts, and some organic solvents (see the corrosion data sheet for details).

Lightweight, easy to install and maintain, non-toxic, non-scaling, and non-contaminating. It is user-friendly, customizable according to customer needs, and allows for flexible overall installation.
