I. Main Features of MBR Membrane
The MBR membrane is a PVDF hollow fiber membrane that utilizes negative pressure to draw water from the outside inward. With an average pore size of 0.1 microns, it exhibits exceptional physical and chemical resistance, strong hydrophilicity, and anti-fouling properties.
2. High Tensile and Peel Strength The membrane can withstand tensile forces of up to 40 kg, making it suitable for high-intensity cleaning conditions. Under rigorous backwashing or high-intensity aeration scouring, the filament breakage rate remains below 1‰.
Zhongqiao Enlightenment's PVDF composite ultrafiltration membrane utilizes a unique embedded membrane fabrication technology, achieving a reverse water pressure resistance of 0.3 MPa. This ensures strong bonding between the membrane and its support layer under backwashing pressures below 0.1 MPa. Even under extreme conditions of up to 1 million reverse washing cycles, the PVDF and support layer remain intact without delamination.
4. Internationally Leading Microstructure The membrane's microstructure adopts the globally advanced third-generation ultrafiltration design: a sponge-like matrix with a 0.03-0.05 μm separation skin layer. Compared to second-generation membranes with finger-like pore structures, even if the surface layer is damaged during operation, the membrane resists through-pores, ensuring safer effluent quality.
