Product Description
QDPP Integrated Sewage Treatment Equipment
I. Product Definition
Introducing the QDPP Integrated Sewage Treatment Equipment. Crafted from cutting-edge high-molecular materials, this innovative technology is the result of breakthrough design. Our expert R&D team at Zhong Qiao Enlightenment has meticulously developed a seamless tank formed using advanced molds. By leveraging and refining Western technologies, we have surmounted design obstacles to tailor this equipment specifically for the rural Chinese landscape. Our extensive range includes the Zhong Qiao Tank Horizontal Tank A/B, Vertical Tank A/B, and Hollow Tank, each designed to meet and exceed local sewage conditions and discharge standards.
II. Raw Materials
Our choice of high-modulus polypropylene stands as the apex of material excellence for buried drainage and wastewater treatment applications. With an elastic modulus soaring at ≥1500 MPa, significantly surpassing HDPE's 800 MPa, this material ensures unmatched ring stiffness and performance. This crucial attribute guarantees the structural integrity and durability of our products.
Polypropylene is renowned for its non-toxic, odorless, and tasteless nature, presenting as a white, highly crystalline polymer. Its impressive density of just (0.90-0.91 g/cm³) positions it among the lightest of plastics. Its stability in water is exceptional, boasting a mere 0.01% absorption rate. With a molecular weight ranging from 80,000 to 150,000, this material exhibits outstanding molding properties and a lustrous surface finish.
The chemical stability of polypropylene is unparalleled, offering resistance to a wide range of reagents. While it resists concentrated sulfuric and nitric acids, it remains vulnerable to erosion by specific hydrocarbons. Enhanced crystallinity further bolsters its chemical resistance, making it an ideal candidate for crafting chemical equipment and components that demand superior corrosion resistance.
Polypropylene excels with its non-toxic, odorless attributes and low density, offering superior strength, stiffness, and heat resistance over low-density polyethylene. Operating effectively at around 100°C, its exceptional dielectric properties and high-frequency insulation remain unaffected by humidity.
Its resilience against common acids, bases, and solvents makes it perfect for applications like food utensils.
PPH distinguishes itself with high molecular weight and low melt flow rate. Enhanced through β-modification, its fine crystalline structure endows it with superior chemical resistance, high-temperature resilience, excellent creep resistance, and remarkable impact strength even at low temperatures.
III. Characteristics
1. Safety
The tank is manufactured using a spiral extrusion winding-one-time forming technology. The tank is formed directly from granular raw materials through molds, achieving a seamless, one-piece structure.
2. Durability |
The raw materials include UV-resistant and anti-aging additives, addressing the issue of short outdoor service life for plastic equipment and significantly extending its lifespan.
3. Economic Efficiency |
The tank can have a thickness of over 80 mm, with a tapered cross-section. The thickness can be increased in areas with greater stress at the lower part of the tank, optimizing the use of materials where needed.
4. Corrosion Resistance
It exhibits excellent resistance to various acids and bases and can store most organic and inorganic acids, bases, salts, and some organic solvents (see the corrosion data sheet for details).
5. Flexible and Convenient Installation Lightweight, easy to install and maintain, non-toxic, non-scaling, and non-contaminating. It is user-friendly, customizable according to customer needs, and allows for flexible overall installation. 6. Wide Application Range |
Our equipment serves a diverse array of industries, including wastewater treatment,
air pollution control, lithium battery technology, chemical industries, metallurgy, and electroplating,
chemical fiber production, dyeing, environmental protection, petroleum, electronics, pharmaceuticals, food processing, oils, light industry, acid production, acid washing, and
battery material manufacturing.
IV. Structural Appearance
Main Equipment Color: Predominantly light gray, though we offer bespoke color options to match your specific requirements.
Equipment Structure: Available in both robust solid wall and innovative hollow structures.
V. Production Process
Our cutting-edge production of the QDPP Integrated Sewage Treatment Equipment embraces a sophisticated one-time forming process complemented by multiple windings. With wall thickness options ranging from 10-80 mm, we employ an intricate base layer winding technique that ensures complete cooling and crystallization, thereby releasing internal stress. Subsequent layers are meticulously wound on reheated surfaces, customizable by layer count and thickness to meet varied tank joint specifications and requirements.
VI. Welding Process
External welding harnesses the power of state-of-the-art imported automatic extrusion welding machines, delivering robust and expansive welds precisely in high-stress zones of the tank. Our cutting-edge process uses new PPH pellets that perfectly match the tank material, seamlessly thermally fusing at the weld seams. This fusion creates a sturdy bond with the tank bottom and body, ensuring unmatched durability and reliability.
Characteristics:
1. Experience the pinnacle of mechanization and automation, ensuring that each product boasts impeccable and consistent quality.
2. Our weld seams are ingeniously crafted with a keen understanding of stress dynamics, ensuring unparalleled strength and cohesion.
3. Benefit from superior product integrity, as our welds seamlessly integrate into the tank, offering exceptional corrosion resistance and an impenetrable barrier against leaks.
4. Revel in reduced flash and discover seams that are not just smooth but also visually captivating.
5. Enhanced longevity is assured with UV absorbers meticulously blended into the PPH pellets, safeguarding against aging and maximizing service life.
Internal Welding
Internal welding employs the pinnacle of long-arm extrusion welding technology, a cornerstone of our manufacturing process. Utilizing new PPH pellets perfectly aligned with the tank material, this method ensures seamless thermal fusion at internal weld seams, integrating flawlessly with the tank's structure. While it shares principles with external welding, the technology employed is distinct, setting a benchmark.
Characteristics:
1. Our process is the epitome of mechanization and automation, guaranteeing unwavering and superior product quality.
2. The design of our weld seams is deeply informed by stress characteristics, maximizing strength and structural integrity.
3. Enjoy outstanding product integrity, where welds are perfectly assimilated into the tank, offering robust corrosion resistance and absolute leak-proof performance.
4. Experience minimized flash along with seams that boast a smooth and aesthetically pleasing finish.
5. By incorporating UV absorbers into the PPH pellets, we effectively combat aging, substantially extending the equipment's service life.
