Product Description
I. Product Definition
The QDPP Integrated Sewage Treatment Equipment is named after its raw materials and is made from a new high-molecular material. Due to the fact that the equipment is formed using molds into a single piece, it presents as a tank. The Zhong Qiao Enlightenment R&D team has overcome challenges with this tank design, drawing on and improving Western technologies. In response to the sewage conditions and discharge standards in rural China, they have developed a series of integrated sewage treatment equipment including: Zhong Qiao Tank Horizontal Tank A/B, Zhong Qiao Tank Vertical Tank A/B, and Zhong Qiao Tank Hollow Tank.
II. Raw Materials
The raw material used is high-modulus polypropylene, which is an ideal choice for buried drainage, sewage, and wastewater treatment due to its properties. This material has an elastic modulus of ≥1500 MPa, while HDPE has an elastic modulus of only 800 MPa. The elastic modulus is crucial for determining the product's ring stiffness; higher elastic modulus results in higher ring stiffness.
Polypropylene is a non-toxic, odorless, tasteless, white, highly crystalline polymer with a density of only (0.90-0.91 g/cm³), making it one of the lighter plastics. It is very stable in water, with an absorption rate of only 0.01%, a molecular weight of approximately 80,000 to 150,000, excellent molding properties, and a glossy surface.
Polypropylene has excellent chemical stability. It is resistant to various chemical reagents but can be eroded by concentrated sulfuric acid and concentrated nitric acid. However, it can soften and swell when exposed to low molecular weight aliphatic hydrocarbons, aromatic hydrocarbons, and chlorinated hydrocarbons. The chemical stability of polypropylene improves with increased crystallinity, making it suitable for manufacturing various chemical equipment and components with good corrosion resistance.
Polypropylene is non-toxic, odorless, and has a low density. It has superior strength, stiffness, hardness, and heat resistance compared to low-density polyethylene and can be used at around 100°C. It also exhibits good dielectric properties and high-frequency insulation that are not affected by humidity.
Common acids, bases, and organic solvents have little effect on it, making it suitable for use in food utensils.
PPH is a high molecular weight, low melt flow rate homopolypropylene that, through β-modification, has a fine crystalline structure. This imparts excellent chemical resistance, high-temperature resistance, good creep resistance, and exceptional impact resistance at low temperatures.
II. Characteristics
1. Safety
The tank is manufactured using a spiral extrusion winding-one-time forming technology. The tank is formed directly from granular raw materials through molds, achieving a seamless, one-piece structure.
2. Durability |
The raw materials include UV-resistant and anti-aging additives, addressing the issue of short outdoor service life for plastic equipment and significantly extending its lifespan.
3. Economic Efficiency |
The tank can have a thickness of over 80 mm, with a tapered cross-section. The thickness can be increased in areas with greater stress at the lower part of the tank, optimizing the use of materials where needed.
4. Corrosion Resistance
It exhibits excellent resistance to various acids and bases and can store most organic and inorganic acids, bases, salts, and some organic solvents (see the corrosion data sheet for details).
5. Flexible and Convenient Installation Lightweight, easy to install and maintain, non-toxic, non-scaling, and non-contaminating. It is user-friendly, customizable according to customer needs, and allows for flexible overall installation. 6. Wide Application Range |
Suitable for industries such as wastewater treatment,
air pollution control, lithium battery new energy, chemical, metallurgy, electroplating,
chemical fiber, dyeing, environmental protection, petroleum, electronics, pharmaceuticals, food, oils, light industry, acid production, acid washing, and
battery materials.
IV. Structural Appearance
Main Equipment Color: The primary color is light gray, but custom colors are available upon request.
Equipment Structure: Can be either solid wall structure or hollow structure.
V. Production Process
The QDPP Integrated Sewage Treatment Equipment uses a one-time forming and multiple winding production process. The wall thickness can range from 10-80 mm. Multiple winding involves winding the base layer, allowing it to cool and crystallize fully, then releasing internal stress. After reheating the base layer's surface, additional layers are wound. The number of winding layers and thickness vary depending on the tank's joint and requirements.
VI. Welding Process
External welding utilizes imported automatic extrusion welding machines to achieve large welds in the maximum stress areas of the tank in one go. New PPH pellets, identical in nature to the tank material, are thermally fused at the weld seams, forming a solid union with the tank bottom and body.
Characteristics:
1. Highly mechanized and automated, ensuring stable product quality.
2. Weld seams are designed based on the product's stress characteristics to maximize their integrity.
3. Excellent product integrity, with welds becoming an integral part of the tank, providing good corrosion resistance and leak-proof performance.
4. Reduced flash and smooth, aesthetically pleasing seams.
5. UV absorbers are added to PPH pellets to prevent aging and extend service life.
Internal Welding
Internal welding uses automatic long-arm extrusion welding technology, which is the most crucial step in the process. New PPH pellets, identical in nature to the tank material, are thermally fused at internal weld seams, integrating with the tank bottom and body. The principle is the same as external welding, but the equipment differs.
