Process of Fully Automatic Gas-Soluble Gas Flotation Machine
1. Wastewater Elevation to Air Flotation Reaction Tank
Incorporating a contact oxidation tank, this advanced system features a pipe mixer within the inlet pipe. This innovative method ensures the liquid and wastewater achieve thorough mixing, thereby inducing polycoagulation in the wastewater. The coagulation agent is efficiently dispensed via the dispensing device, ensuring optimal treatment results.
2. Reflux Water-Dissolved Gas Release Segment
The effectiveness of the return water dissolved gas and release function is crucial in optimizing the air flotation process. This cutting-edge flotation system is equipped with a high-efficiency, energy-saving gas dissolution and release device. Within the dissolved gas tank, compressed air from the air compressor is meticulously combined and dissolved with pump-pressurized return water, creating dissolved gas water under a working pressure of 2~3 kg/cm².
3. Air Flotation and Water Purification Segment
Upon injecting coagulated wastewater into the air flotation tank, the water-soluble tank gas water enters from the lower inlet and experiences a sudden decompression. This causes the dissolved air to rapidly form numerous microbubbles. As these microbubbles ascend, they aggregate with sewage particles, adhering to suspended matter and swiftly rising to the surface. The sewage is thus effectively treated, as all suspended matter floats to the surface and is removed by the upper gas float scraper, directing into the sludge pool. The purified water is then discharged from the pool bottom.
4. Electrical Control System
With the installation and debugging complete, the automatic electrical control cabinet allows for unmanned operation. It seamlessly manages the operation of the gas dissolved pump, fuel injector, and air compressor, ensuring efficient and reliable system performance.
