1. Initiating the Journey: Elevating Wastewater to the Air Flotation Reaction Tank
Through the advanced contact oxidation tank, a sophisticated pipe mixer is installed in the inlet pipe. This strategic approach ensures that the liquid and wastewater are thoroughly amalgamated, prompting an effective polycoagulation process. The necessary agents are meticulously supplied by the dispensing device.
2. The Key Component: Release Mechanism of the Reflux Water-Dissolved Gas
The efficacy of the return water dissolved gas and its release is paramount to the overall performance of air flotation. Our cutting-edge flotation system leverages a high-efficiency gas dissolution and release device. Here, the compressed air from the air compressor intermingles and dissolves seamlessly with the treated pump-pressurized reflux in the dissolved gas tank, culminating in the creation of dissolved gas water. The operational pressure within the gas tank is calibrated at 2~3 kg/cm² for optimal results.
3. Air Floatation and Water Purification: A Harmonious Process
Upon dosing the coagulated wastewater into the air float tank, the water-soluble tank gas water enters through the lower inlet and undergoes a sudden pressure release. This rapid decompression prompts the air dissolved in the water to liberate numerous micro bubbles. As these bubbles ascend, they capture suspended matter, effectively aggregating and floating it to the surface. The upper gas float scraper then deftly skims this layer, depositing it into the sludge pool, while purified water is seamlessly discharged from the base of the pool.
