II. Raw Materials
Engineered with high-modulus polypropylene, this material is a premier choice for concealed drainage, sewage, and wastewater solutions. Boasting an impressive elastic modulus of ≥1500 MPa, it far surpasses HDPE, which has only 800 MPa. This superior modulus is pivotal for exceptional ring stiffness, a key factor in robust product design.
Polypropylene stands out as an exceptional material, featuring a non-toxic, odorless, and tasteless profile. Its brilliant white color and high crystallinity contribute to its minimal density of 0.90-0.91 g/cm³, making it one of the lightest yet strongest plastics. It exhibits remarkable stability in water with a mere 0.01% absorption rate, coupled with a molecular weight between 80,000 to 150,000, providing excellent molding capabilities and a lustrous finish.
Renowned for its outstanding chemical stability, polypropylene resists an array of chemical aggressors. While sensitive to concentrated sulfuric and nitric acids, it withstands a variety of other substances. Its resilience against low molecular weight aliphatic, aromatic, and chlorinated hydrocarbons enhances its suitability for crafting durable, corrosion-resistant chemical equipment and parts.
This remarkable polypropylene is non-toxic, odorless, and possesses a low density. It surpasses low-density polyethylene with its superior strength, stiffness, and thermal resilience, operating efficiently up to around 100°C. Furthermore, it displays excellent dielectric properties and high-frequency insulation capabilities, unaffected by moisture.
Resilient to common acids, bases, and organic solvents, polypropylene is ideal for applications in food-grade utensils and more.
PPH, a high molecular weight homopolypropylene with a low melt flow rate, benefits from β-modification for a refined crystalline structure. This adaptation enhances chemical and high-temperature resistance, outstanding creep resistance, and exceptional impact tolerance even at low temperatures, making it a versatile choice for demanding environments.
II. Characteristics
1. Safety
The tank is manufactured using a spiral extrusion winding-one-time forming technology. The tank is formed directly from granular raw materials through molds, achieving a seamless, one-piece structure.
2. Durability |
The raw materials include UV-resistant and anti-aging additives, addressing the issue of short outdoor service life for plastic equipment and significantly extending its lifespan.
3. Economic Efficiency |
The tank can have a thickness of over 80 mm, with a tapered cross-section. The thickness can be increased in areas with greater stress at the lower part of the tank, optimizing the use of materials where needed.
4. Corrosion Resistance
It exhibits excellent resistance to various acids and bases and can store most organic and inorganic acids, bases, salts, and some organic solvents (see the corrosion data sheet for details).

This ensures wall thicknesses ranging from 10-80 mm, with the multiple winding process incorporating an initial cooling and crystallization phase for the base layer. Subsequent layers are applied after reheating, with varying winding layers and thicknesses tailored to specific tank joints and operational needs.
VI. Welding Process
