Harnessing the unparalleled strength of high-modulus polypropylene, the QDPP equipment is engineered for peak performance in buried drainage and wastewater treatment applications. This exceptional material features an elastic modulus of ≥1500 MPa, far surpassing HDPE's 800 MPa, dramatically enhancing the product's ring stiffness, a true testament to its superior structural integrity and engineering excellence.
Our polypropylene is a non-toxic, odorless, and tasteless polymer, celebrated for its lightweight quality and superior crystalline structure. With an impressively low density of just 0.90-0.91 g/cm³, it ranks among the lightest plastics available. Its outstanding stability in water, with a minimal absorption rate of 0.01%, combined with a molecular weight ranging between 80,000 to 150,000, guarantees exceptional molding capabilities and a brilliant, lustrous finish.

Polypropylene's extraordinary chemical stability makes it exceptionally resilient against a broad range of chemical agents. While it withstands most, it is vulnerable to erosion by concentrated sulfuric and nitric acids. It may soften when exposed to specific hydrocarbons, yet its enhanced crystallinity ensures improved chemical stability, making it the ideal choice for corrosion-resistant chemical equipment and components.
This non-toxic, odorless polymer is revered for its low density and impressive mechanical properties. It stands out in strength, rigidity, hardness, and thermal resistance when compared to low-density polyethylene, maintaining functionality at temperatures around 100°C. Its remarkable dielectric properties and high-frequency insulation remain unaffected by humidity, establishing it as a versatile choice for a multitude of applications.

II. Characteristics



1. Safety
 
The tank is manufactured using a spiral extrusion winding-one-time forming technology. The tank is formed directly from granular raw materials through molds, achieving a seamless, one-piece structure.

2. Durability
The raw materials include UV-resistant and anti-aging additives, addressing the issue of short outdoor service life for plastic equipment and significantly extending its lifespan.

3. Economic Efficiency
The tank can have a thickness of over 80 mm, with a tapered cross-section. The thickness can be increased in areas with greater stress at the lower part of the tank, optimizing the use of materials where needed.

4. Corrosion Resistance


It exhibits excellent resistance to various acids and bases and can store most organic and inorganic acids, bases, salts, and some organic solvents (see the corrosion data sheet for details).
