Tailored specifically to address the prevalent sewage landscapes and discharge regulations in rural China, this innovative series includes the sophisticated Zhong Qiao Tank Horizontal Tank A/B, the versatile Zhong Qiao Tank Vertical Tank A/B, and the ingeniously designed Zhong Qiao Tank Hollow Tank.
II. Raw Materials
Harnessing the power of high-modulus polypropylene, our choice material stands out as an exemplary candidate for buried drainage, sewage, and wastewater treatment solutions. Boasting an impressive elastic modulus of ≥1500 MPa, it far surpasses the 800 MPa modulus of traditional HDPE. This superior elastic modulus translates into enhanced ring stiffness, a critical factor for evaluating the structural integrity and durability of our products.
Polypropylene, a paragon of modern material science, is non-toxic, odorless, and inherently free of taste. Its white, crystalline form is both appealing and functional, with a remarkably low density of just (0.90-0.91 g/cm³), making it one of the most lightweight plastics available. Its stability in aqueous environments is unmatched, with minimal water absorption at a rate of only 0.01%. With a molecular weight ranging between 80,000 to 150,000, polypropylene offers excellent molding capabilities and a lustrous surface finish.
Renowned for its outstanding chemical stability, polypropylene resists a wide array of chemical agents, though concentrated sulfuric and nitric acids can erode it. Its resistance is compromised in the presence of low molecular weight aliphatic, aromatic, and chlorinated hydrocarbons, which may cause softening and swelling. With increased crystallinity, its chemical stability is further improved, making it the material of choice for constructing various corrosion-resistant chemical equipment and components.
Polypropylene is celebrated for being non-toxic and odorless, with a remarkably low density. It delivers superior mechanical properties, such as enhanced strength, stiffness, hardness, and heat resistance, when compared to low-density polyethylene, remaining stable at temperatures around 100°C. It also provides excellent dielectric properties and superior high-frequency insulation that remains unaffected by humidity.
Resilient against common acids, bases, and organic solvents, polypropylene is an ideal choice for manufacturing food-related utensils and containers.
PPH represents a pinnacle of material innovation-a high molecular weight, low melt flow rate homopolypropylene. Subjected to β-modification, it attains a refined crystalline structure, bestowing exceptional chemical resistance, heightened temperature resilience, superior creep resistance, and extraordinary impact resistance even at low temperatures.
II. Characteristics
1. Safety
The tank is manufactured using a spiral extrusion winding-one-time forming technology. The tank is formed directly from granular raw materials through molds, achieving a seamless, one-piece structure.
2. Durability |
The raw materials include UV-resistant and anti-aging additives, addressing the issue of short outdoor service life for plastic equipment and significantly extending its lifespan.
3. Economic Efficiency |
The tank can have a thickness of over 80 mm, with a tapered cross-section. The thickness can be increased in areas with greater stress at the lower part of the tank, optimizing the use of materials where needed.
4. Corrosion Resistance
It exhibits excellent resistance to various acids and bases and can store most organic and inorganic acids, bases, salts, and some organic solvents (see the corrosion data sheet for details).

V. Production Process
Employing a sophisticated one-time forming and multiple winding production methodology, the QDPP Integrated Sewage Treatment Equipment achieves wall thicknesses ranging from 10-80 mm. The multiple winding technique involves crafting the base layer first, allowing it to cool and fully crystallize, thereby releasing internal stress. Subsequent layers are artfully wound after reheating the base layer's surface. The number of winding layers and their thickness are meticulously tailored to meet the distinctive needs of each tank joint and application requirement.
VI. Welding Process
Our exceptional external welding process employs state-of-the-art, imported automatic extrusion welding machines. These machines execute the large welds in the most critical stress locations of the tank, all in a single action. We utilize superior-grade, new PPH pellets, precisely matching the tank's material. These pellets are thermally fused at the weld seams, creating a robust and seamless bond with the tank's bottom and its body.

The principle mirrors that of the external welding, although the equipment used is different and specialized.
