I. Product Definition
QDPP integrated sewage treatment equipment is named after the raw material and is a polymer and new material equipment. Since the equipment made of this material is integrally molded, it is presented as a tank. Based on the tank form, the R&D team of Zhong Qiao Enlightenment overcomes difficulties, improves technology in west countries, and develops a series of integrated sewage treatment equipment such as Zhong Qiao horizontal tank A/В, Zhong Qiao vertical tank A/В, Zhong Qiao hollow tank, etc. Aiming to the current situations and discharge criteria of sewage in China's rural areas.

II. Raw Materials
For the raw materials, high-modulus polypropylene is used as the winding material. This material is currently an ideal choice for plastic materials used in underground water and sewage drainage as well as wastewater treatment. The elastic modulus of this material is ≥1,500MPA, and the elastic modulus of HDPE is only 800MPA. The elastic modulus plays a decisive role in the ring stiffness of the product, the higher the elastic modulus, the higher the ring stiffness of the product.
Polypropylene is a non-toxic, odorless, tasteless, highly crystalline milky white polymer with a density of only (0.90--0.91g/cm3). It is one of the lighter varieties in all plastics at present. It is particularly stable in water, with the water absorption rate of only 0.01% and the molecular weight of about 80,000-150,000. The product has good forming performance and the surface gloss.
Polypropylene has excellent chemical stability. In addition to being corroded by concentrated sulfuric acid and concentrated nitric acid, it is relatively stable to various other chemical reagents. However, aliphatic hydrocarbons, aromatic hydrocarbons, chlorinated hydrocarbons, etc. with low molecular weight can soften and swell polypropylene, and its chemical stability increases with the increase of crystallinity, so polypropylene is suitable for making various chemical equipment and accessories, and it has good anti-corrosion effect.
It is non-toxic and odorless, it has low density, and its strength, stiffness, hardness and heat resistance are better than low-pressure polyethylene, therefore it can be used at around 100°C. It has good dielectric property and high-frequency insulation, and it is not affected by humidity. Common organic solvents such as acids, alkali, etc. have almost no effect on it, and it can be used in tableware.
PPH is a PP homo-polymer with high molecular weight and low melt flow rate. It has a fine crystal structure after β-modification, so that it has excellent chemical resistance, high temperature resistance and good creep resistance. It also has excellent impact resistance at low temperature.

III. Characteristics
1. Safety
The tank body is made by using spiral extrusion and winding one-step forming technology. The granular masterbatch is directly formed through the mold to achieve the purpose of overall molding for the tank body without welds.
2. Durability
Anti-UV and anti-aging additives are added to the raw materials, so that the defect of short outdoor service life for plastic equipment is improved, and the service life is greatly prolonged.
3. Economy
The thickness of the tank can reach more than 80mm, and its cross-section can be gradually changed. The thickness in the lower part of the tank that bears greater stress can be increased accordingly, so that the raw materials can be used in the place where needed.
4. Corrosion resistance
It has good corrosion resistance to various acids and alkali, and it can be used to store most organic and inorganic acid, alkali, salt solvents and some organic solvents (see the anti-corrosion data sheet for details).
5. Flexible and convenient installation
It is light in weight, convenient to install and maintain, non-toxic and non-scaling, and it does not contaminate the medium. It is easy to operate, it can be customized according to customer needs, and the overall installation is flexible.
6. Scope of application
It is suitable for the industries of sewage treatment, waste gas treatment, lithium battery new energy, chemical engineering, metallurgy, electroplating, chemical fiber, printing and dyeing, environmental protection, petroleum, electronics, pharmaceuticals, food, oil, light industry, acid making, pickling, battery materials, etc.

V. Production process
QDPP integrated sewage treatment equipment adopts a one-step forming and multi-winding production process. The wall thickness can be 10-80mm. Multi-winding means that after the bottom layer of the tank is wound, the bottom material is crystallized through the sufficient air cooling process, and the stress of the internal material is sufficiently released. Then reheat the surface of the bottom layer to wrap the next layer. The number of winding times varies with the thickness for the joints of the tank.
VI. Welding process
External welding and fabrication
External welding is a process that uses an imported automatic extrusion welding unit to form a large welding seam through one-step welding in the most stressed part of the tank. The brand new PPH granular material, which has the same properties as the tank body, is hot-melted at the large weld to be integrated with the tank bottom and tank body.

Process characteristics of bottom welding:
1. High degree of mechanization and automation, and stable product quality.
2. Weld specifications can be designed according to the stress withstanding characteristics of the product, so that the integrity of the weld is made full use of.
3. The product has good integrity, the weld is integrated with the base material, and it has good corrosion resistance and leakage resistance.
4. It can reduce flashes and make the seams smooth and beautiful.
5. Since ultraviolet absorbents are added to PPH granules, aging is prevented, and the service life is extended.

Internal welding and fabrication
Internal welding is a process that uses the extrusion welding process with an automatic long arm, it is the most important step in all processes. The brand new PPH granular material, which has the same properties as the tank body, is hot-melted at the internal weld to be integrated with the tank bottom and tank body. The principles of internal welding are the same as those of external welding except its equipment.
Process characteristics of internal welding:
1. High degree of mechanization and automation, and stable product quality.
2. Weld specifications can be designed according to the stress withstanding characteristics of the product, so that the integrity of the weld is made full use of.
3. The product has good integrity, the weld is integrated with the base material, and it has good corrosion resistance and leakage resistance.

5. For long-arm welding, since ultraviolet absorbents are added to PPH granules, aging is prevented, and the service life is extended.

Internal installation and fabrication
Internal installation is the last process, which is equivalent to a reduced version of bottom welding. An imported small automatic extrusion welding unit is used to weld the pipe with the flange, then a hole opener is used to open a corresponding diameter on the tank, and finally the MUNSCH portable extrusion welding machine is used for welding.
VIII. Characteristics
High ring stiffness: The raw material is high modulus polypropylene, the elastic modulus is as high as 1,850, the winding structural wall and the inner wall are reasonably combined, the structure is scientific and reasonable, it has good sealing property, and there is zero leakage. By adopting the hot winding molding process, the fusion seam has high quality. The socket and the spigot are provided with integrated electric welding joints. Electro-fusion welding is used to form a closed plastic pipe system, preventing any harmful substances from entering the soil and causing pollution. We not only pay attention to the cleanliness above the ground, but also the environmental protection of the underground.
