II. Raw Materials
Our choice of high-modulus polypropylene is a game-changer for buried drainage, sewage, and wastewater treatment. This top-tier material boasts an elastic modulus of ≥1500 MPa, surpassing HDPE's 800 MPa. The heightened elastic modulus significantly enhances the product's ring stiffness, marking it as a superior choice.
Polypropylene is a non-toxic, odorless, and tasteless crystalline polymer with a low density of 0.90-0.91 g/cm³, making it exceptionally lightweight. It's renowned for stability in water, boasting a mere 0.01% absorption rate. With a molecular weight ranging from 80,000 to 150,000, it ensures remarkable molding properties and a sleek, glossy finish.
This polymer exhibits outstanding chemical stability-resilient against numerous chemical reagents. While concentrated sulfuric and nitric acids can corrode it, polypropylene resists low molecular weight aliphatic hydrocarbons, aromatic hydrocarbons, and chlorinated hydrocarbons via increased crystallinity, which enhances its suitability for manufacturing corrosion-resistant chemical equipment and components.
Boasting non-toxicity and odorlessness, polypropylene features low density yet excels in strength, stiffness, hardness, and heat resistance. It performs optimally at approximately 100°C and possesses excellent dielectric properties and high-frequency insulation, unaffected by humidity.
Polypropylene's resilience to common acids, bases, and organic solvents makes it a prime candidate for applications like food utensils.
PPH, a high molecular weight homopolypropylene with a low melt flow rate, undergoes β-modification to achieve a refined crystalline structure. This modification ensures superior chemical resistance, high-temperature endurance, robust creep resistance, and exceptional impact resistance even at low temperatures.

1. Safety
The tank is manufactured using a spiral extrusion winding-one-time forming technology. The tank is formed directly from granular raw materials through molds, achieving a seamless, one-piece structure.

The raw materials include UV-resistant and anti-aging additives, addressing the issue of short outdoor service life for plastic equipment and significantly extending its lifespan.

The tank can have a thickness of over 80 mm, with a tapered cross-section. The thickness can be increased in areas with greater stress at the lower part of the tank, optimizing the use of materials where needed.
4. Corrosion Resistance
It exhibits excellent resistance to various acids and bases and can store most organic and inorganic acids, bases, salts, and some organic solvents (see the corrosion data sheet for details).

Subsequent reheating of the base layer enables additional layer winding. The number of winding layers and thickness varies according to the specific tank joint and requirements.
