Our dedicated Zhong Qiao Enlightenment R&D team, inspired by the best of Western technology, has ingeniously tailored this design to meet the demanding sewage conditions and discharge standards prevalent in rural China. This has culminated in the creation of a sophisticated series of integrated sewage treatment solutions, including: the expertly engineered Zhong Qiao Tank Horizontal Tank A/B, the versatile Zhong Qiao Tank Vertical Tank A/B, and the innovative Zhong Qiao Tank Hollow Tank.



II. Raw Materials

Crafted from high-modulus polypropylene, this top-tier material is the perfect choice for subterranean drainage, sewage, and wastewater treatment applications. Its impressive elastic modulus of ≥1500 MPa significantly surpasses that of HDPE, which is merely 800 MPa. This crucial property ensures that our products boast superior ring stiffness, a key factor in maintaining structural integrity under pressure.
Polypropylene is a non-toxic, odorless, and tasteless marvel of modern materials. This highly crystalline polymer is incredibly lightweight, with a density range of just (0.90-0.91 g/cm³), making it one of the most buoyant plastics available. Its stability in water is remarkable, with an absorption rate as low as 0.01%. With a molecular weight spanning approximately 80,000 to 150,000, it offers excellent molding qualities and a lustrous finish, perfect for a wide array of applications.

Boasting exceptional chemical stability, polypropylene resists an array of chemical reagents, though it is vulnerable to concentrated sulfuric and nitric acids. While it may soften and swell in contact with low molecular weight aliphatic, aromatic, and chlorinated hydrocarbons, its chemical stability enhances with increased crystallinity. This makes it an ideal choice for manufacturing chemical equipment and components that require robust corrosion resistance.
Polypropylene's non-toxic nature, combined with its lack of odor and low density, augments its appeal. Its superior strength, stiffness, hardness, and heat resistance outperform low-density polyethylene, allowing it to function optimally around 100°C. Additionally, it offers excellent dielectric properties and high-frequency insulation unaffected by humidity, enhancing its versatility.
Resistance to common acids, bases, and organic solvents makes it perfectly suited for food utensils, ensuring safety and reliability.
PPH stands out as a high molecular weight, low melt flow rate homopolypropylene. Its β-modification results in a refined crystalline structure, bestowing remarkable chemical and high-temperature resistance, outstanding creep resistance, and exceptional impact endurance even at low temperatures.

II. Characteristics



1. Safety
 
The tank is manufactured using a spiral extrusion winding-one-time forming technology. The tank is formed directly from granular raw materials through molds, achieving a seamless, one-piece structure.

2. Durability
The raw materials include UV-resistant and anti-aging additives, addressing the issue of short outdoor service life for plastic equipment and significantly extending its lifespan.

3. Economic Efficiency
The tank can have a thickness of over 80 mm, with a tapered cross-section. The thickness can be increased in areas with greater stress at the lower part of the tank, optimizing the use of materials where needed.

4. Corrosion Resistance


It exhibits excellent resistance to various acids and bases and can store most organic and inorganic acids, bases, salts, and some organic solvents (see the corrosion data sheet for details).

Multiple winding involves initially winding the base layer, ensuring it cools and crystallizes completely, thereby releasing internal stress. The process continues with reheating the base layer's surface before additional layers are meticulously wound, allowing for customization in the number of layers and thickness, expertly tailored to the tank's unique joint and operational requirements.

VI. Welding Process
