Our choice of high-modulus polypropylene is crucial for underground drainage and wastewater management. With an impressive elastic modulus of ≥1500 MPa, it outperforms HDPE's 800 MPa, ensuring superior ring stiffness and structural integrity for high-performance applications.
Polypropylene stands out for its non-toxic, odorless, and highly crystalline nature, featuring an ultra-light density (0.90-0.91 g/cm³) and exceptional water stability with a minimal absorption rate of 0.01%. Its molecular weight, ranging from 80,000 to 150,000, enhances molding capabilities and delivers a lustrous finish.
Polypropylene exhibits excellent chemical stability, resisting many chemical agents while being sensitive to concentrated sulfuric and nitric acids and some hydrocarbons. Its enhanced crystallinity boosts chemical resistance, making it ideal for robust, corrosion-resistant components.
Non-toxic and odor-free, polypropylene offers superior strength, stiffness, and heat resistance compared to low-density polyethylene. It performs excellently at temperatures near 100°C and provides outstanding dielectric properties and moisture-independent high-frequency insulation.
Resistant to most acids, bases, and organic solvents, polypropylene is ideal for food-grade applications.
PPH, a high molecular weight, low melt flow homopolypropylene, features β-modification, providing a fine crystalline structure that enhances chemical and temperature resilience, creep resistance, and low-temperature impact resistance.

The tank is manufactured using a spiral extrusion winding-one-time forming technology. The tank is formed directly from granular raw materials through molds, achieving a seamless, one-piece structure.

The raw materials include UV-resistant and anti-aging additives, addressing the issue of short outdoor service life for plastic equipment and significantly extending its lifespan.
3. Economic Efficiency |
The tank can have a thickness of over 80 mm, with a tapered cross-section. The thickness can be increased in areas with greater stress at the lower part of the tank, optimizing the use of materials where needed.
4. Corrosion Resistance
It exhibits excellent resistance to various acids and bases and can store most organic and inorganic acids, bases, salts, and some organic solvents (see the corrosion data sheet for details).
