II. Raw Materials
Employing high-modulus polypropylene, this equipment is crafted with precision for outstanding performance in drainage, sewage, and wastewater management. Its impressive elastic modulus of ≥1500 MPa outshines HDPE, which measures only 800 MPa, ensuring superior ring stiffness for enhanced durability and reliability in any application.
Polypropylene's attributes are unmatched: non-toxic, odorless, and tasteless, this white, highly crystalline polymer is remarkably lightweight, with a density of just (0.90-0.91 g/cm³). Its stability in water is unparalleled, boasting a minimal absorption rate of 0.01%. With a molecular weight ranging from 80,000 to 150,000, it offers excellent molding capabilities and a polished, glossy finish.
Renowned for its exceptional chemical stability, polypropylene can withstand a variety of chemical reagents. While it remains resilient against concentrated sulfuric and nitric acids, it may experience slight softening in the presence of certain hydrocarbons. Increased crystallinity further enhances its chemical stability, making it ideal for manufacturing components with remarkable corrosion resistance.
The non-toxic and odorless nature of polypropylene, coupled with its low density, makes it a material of choice. Its superior strength, stiffness, hardness, and heat resistance set it apart from low-density polyethylene, allowing usage at temperatures around 100°C. Additionally, it exhibits excellent dielectric properties and high-frequency insulation, unaffected by humidity.

PPH, a high molecular weight homopolypropylene, undergoes β-modification to achieve a refined crystalline structure. This endows it with remarkable chemical resistance, high-temperature endurance, and impressive impact resistance, even at low temperatures.

The tank is manufactured using a spiral extrusion winding-one-time forming technology. The tank is formed directly from granular raw materials through molds, achieving a seamless, one-piece structure.

The raw materials include UV-resistant and anti-aging additives, addressing the issue of short outdoor service life for plastic equipment and significantly extending its lifespan.
3. Economic Efficiency |
The tank can have a thickness of over 80 mm, with a tapered cross-section. The thickness can be increased in areas with greater stress at the lower part of the tank, optimizing the use of materials where needed.
4. Corrosion Resistance
It exhibits excellent resistance to various acids and bases and can store most organic and inorganic acids, bases, salts, and some organic solvents (see the corrosion data sheet for details).
